1 clove of garlic(grated)
1 tbsp cheddar grated)
100g Celeriac (diced & baked)
1/4 green apple (grated & diced)
200 ml Stock
50 ml Sour cream
1. In a small pot add shallot,garlic,cheddar,celeriac & butter cook until soft,this should take 5-7 minutes.
2.add stock and bring to a gentle boil,simmer for 10 minutes now add apple blend with hand blender until smooth(season well)
3.now add sour cream & parsley blend again.
4. Garnish with diced apple & sour cream..
