Super grain salad
10g bulgar wheat
80ml water(salted & boiling)
Bring water to boil add grains and reduce to simmer for 20 minutes,now cover pot with cling film until grain are cool.
10g toasted pumpkin seeds
10g curly kale
10g roast squash
Method to finish with vinaigrette dressing .
Simply mix all above in a large bowl ,keep up to 3 days chilled.
