Apple & Blackberry Scones
250g selfraising flour
40g caster sugar
50g butter(diced)
1 tsp baking powder
125ml butter milk
30g grated Braeburn apple
Pinch cinnamon
Frozen black Berries
Method.....
1. In a mixing bowl place all dry ingredients with butter and mix until sooth.
2. Now Add apple & milk slowly .
3. Place on floured surface & cut into rounds .
4. Egg wash with yolk & gently press 3 frozen blackberries into each scone .
5. Bake 190c for 20 minutes .
