150g dark chocolate
200g brown sugar
100g plain flour
50g cocoa powder
1/2 orange zest
1.place chocolate & butter into Bain Marie,place over water and melt until smooth.take of heat now.
2.now beat in sugar into chocolate mix and allow to cool slightly .
3.beat both eggs into the same mix now until looks glossy ,slowly & gently add stout now fold in flour & cocoa.
4. Add orange zest,place in prepared baking tin.
5. Bake 180c for 20 minutes
Serve with clotted cream & sticky oranges
