Indian garlic naan bread
100g self raising flour
50ml natural yoghurt
2 cloves garlic(grated)
Water
Salt & pepper
Coriander (chopped)
Method......
Add flour,yoghurt,garlic & seasoning into a bowl and gently mix .
Add water if needed,bring a dry floured pan to a medium heat and cook naan 3 minutes each side.brush with butter & coriander and season. (Wrap in a clean tea towel to keep warm).
