Go wild and impress your friends with your skills to entertain with a good old fashioned dinner party. We will teach you on how to plan and time the menu from start to finish. This is a fantastic night out learning new skills and flavours. 

In this class you will learn how to make 3 delicious meals:

Moules a la Normande (mussels, cider, fennel & crème fraiche).

Confit de Canard - Slow Cooked Duck Leg, Braised Lentils & Sausage.

Tarte Fine aux Pommes - Glazed Thin French Apple Tart with Calvados.
