If you've ever had the pleasure of tasting proper sourdough and wanted to recreate it at home then this class is for you. Stephen Chisholm will share his baking expertise to give you a compelling insight into the entire process of long fermentation and creating sourdough at home.
During this hands-on class, you will create your own wild yeast starter and use our own mature starter to produce a range of bread to take home. You will also learn how to add sourdough in sweet baking to add a unique depth of flavour using a sweet-starter.
This class is designed for any experience level and will fully equip you with the knowledge and confidence to create our own fresh bread at home. In the class you will make the following:
Sourdough Seeded Rolls.
Flavoured Rye Bread.
Sourdough Blueberry Muffins.
