Small Plate Menu:

Hay roast celeriac - Apple & cheddar soup. 

Baked scallop - cauliflower purée, Indian spices & lime butter. 

Roast pumpkin - kale, pickled fennel, toasted seeds & honey salad.

Crisp braised duck leg - sweet potato gnocchi, Autumn mushrooms & sage.

Chocolate choux bun, orange pastry cream, honeycomb & chocolate cream.
