Ever wonder how to cook the French classical way, let chef Jeffers give you a masterclass with a fun dinner party theme.

Your evening will start with a glass of chilled bubbly & a canapé on arrival.then you will head into our school for 1-hour demo & question and answer session with our Chef Stephen Jeffers & Corries Meats Butcher David. After our demo, you will enjoy these 2 courses in our dining area.
