You will start your day with tea or coffee, fresh fruit & pastries on arrival. You then will spend your morning learning the art of fine pastry, tarte au citron followed by a session on how to cure organic salmon & make your accompaniment blinis, fantastic beetroot relish & sour cream. Followed how to bone a free range chicken and make a fantastic hot pot of coq au van. 

You will end your day with your very own dinner party with complementary wines.
