20 g butter
67 ml of water
7g caster sugar
Pinch of salt
36 g plain flour
1. In a small pot add butter,sugar & salt bring to just to a simmer.
2.lower heat now add flour & mix for 2-4 minutes over a low heat.
3.turn heat off now add egg and beat ,leave until cool covered .
4. Now pace in a piping bag.set oven @190c
5.pip on to baking paper & bake for 15 minutes.
50 ml double cream
1 Orange (zest)
10 g butter
20 g cocoa powder
10 g dark chocolate
1. Place cream,butter & sugar into a small pot and bring to gentle boil.
2. In a small bowl place cocoa & chocolate pour over hot cream,orange & whisk until smooth.
